Yeasted Bread
Commercial (dry) yeast is widely available and is the “easiest” way to make a quick, delicious bread. Most commonly, you’ll find instant yeast (just mix it in with everything else) and dry active yeast (which requires “activation” by mixing it with a slightly warm water or milk — in other words, mix it with whatever liquid you’re adding to the dough).
